Alice + is a Premium Plus Tsum. She is currently only available on the Japanese Version. She was first introduced during the Japan Event Alice's Mysterious Tea Party (April 2025).

When her skill is activated, she first clears a vertical line, then produces a giant Alice.
Strategy[]
- The value of the giant Alice increases with skill level, from 7-12 Tsums.
- Her patch bonus effect increases the rate that the fever meter charges by 200% outside of fever time.
- During fever time, her patch bonus effect increases the distance you can chain MyTsums.
