Arlo is a Premium Tsum. He is a Limited Time Tsum and is not available from purchasing Premium Boxes. He was introduced to the Japanese version in a Pick Up Capsule on March 2016 and on the International version in a Pick Up Capsule on June 2016.

Arlo will summon Spot who will mirror the path you trace to clear Tsum.
Strategy[]
Make a circle, oval, or spiral so that Arlo's and Spot's paths won't overlap. Do not let go of the screen until the Skill is over, or else the Skill will end early.
