Barley is a Premium Tsum. He is a Limited Time Event Tsum and is not available from purchasing Premium Boxes outside of the event. He was first introduced during the Japan Event Pixar Story Books (March 2020) and the International Event Pixar Storybooks (May 2020).

Barley will drive his car in two ways when his Skill is activated. First, he drives a straight road, clearing a horizontal line, then driving in a zig-zag shape, clearing in a zig-zag shape as well.
