Belle is a Premium Box Tsum Tsum. For a limited time on the Japanese version only, while she was first introduced, she was a musical Tsum Tsum that played the song, "Beauty and the Beast", during gameplay.
Information
Belle clears Tsum Tsum in a heart shaped loop as she dances across the screen with Beast. Her base Skill range is SS in the Japanese version and XS in the International version.
Strategy
If playing Bingo, she will be considered a "Call a Sweetheart" Tsum Tsum, which can be used for those particular missions.

Future Events
During the Japan Event Tsum Tsum Scratch (June 2019) and the International Event June 2020 Tsum Tsum Scratch, a Belle Tsum Tsum was awarded to a player each time they got three rose symbols on a card, unless the said Tsum Tsum's Skill had already been maxed out.
