Birthday Anna is a Premium Box Tsum. She was introduced in the Japanese version on May 2015 and the International version on July 2015. This version is based off the animated short "Frozen Fever."

Birthday Anna is similar to the regular Anna Tsum. She will create random Surprise Elsa Tsums that can be connected to Birthday Anna. The Surprise Elsa Tsum will also make a little sneeze and clear out the surrounding Tsums.
Strategy[]
Birthday Anna is extremely useful for farming coins. Because of the explosive ability, usually connecting Birthday Anna with two additional Surprise Elsa's will clear out a substantial amount of Tsums on the board.
Always try to tap the Elsa and connected Anna in the middle of screen for the best result. If there is any unconnected standalone Elsa (say 1 or 2), you can leave them on screen and wait for the next skill.
In general, connecting Elsa around a small circle on screen can clear all the Tsums with Elsa's explosive Skill for around 42-44 Tsums.
