Bolt-head Goofy is a Premium Tsum. He is a Limited Time Event Tsum and is not available from purchasing Premium Boxes outside of the event. He was introduced during the Japanese Event Halloween 2017 Event (October 2017) and the International Event Haunted Halloween (October 2018). He is known as Nejineji (Frankenstein) Goofy on the Japanese version.
