Bolt-head Goofy is a Premium Box Tsum Tsum. He is a Limited Time Event Tsum Tsum and is not available from purchasing Premium Boxes outside of the event. He was introduced to the Japanese version in tandem with the Halloween 2017 Event (October 2017) and the International version Haunted Halloween (October 2018). He is known as Nejineji Goofy on the Japanese version.
