Caballero Donald is a Premium Tsum. He is a Limited Time Event Reward Tsum and is not available from purchasing Premium Boxes outside of the event. He was first introduced as a Reward during the Japan Event Tsum Tsum Around the World (May 2018) and the International Event Tsum Tsum World Trip (July 2018).
