Clarabelle is a Premium Tsum. She is a Limited Time Event Tsum and cannot be purchased from Premium Boxes outside the event. She was first introduced during the Japan Event Tsum Tsum 7th Anniversary (January 2021) and the International Event Balloon Bonzana! (July 2021). She is known as Clarabelle Cow in the Japanese version.
