Cleo is a Premium Tsum. She is a Limited Time Event Tsum and is not available from purchasing Premium Boxes outside of the event. She was first introduced during the Japan Event Film Collection (November 2018) and the International Event Villains' Challenge (August 2019).

Cleo will create Bubbles around Tsums that will clear surrounding Tsums when tapped.
Strategy[]
- You can also draw a chain through a bubbled Tsum and the bubble will add more to the chain.
- The bubbles can cause a chain reaction to the surrounding bubbles increasing the group cleared.
- The bubbles do not count as Magical Bubbles (i.e. for missions) and won't be cleared for the Last Bonus.
- Although Cleo is a fish, she does not count as a marine Tsum, because she lives in a fish bowl, not the ocean.
