Cookie Ann is a Premium Tsum. She is a Limited Time Event Tsum and will never be available again after the event. She was first introduced during the Japan Event Duffy and Friends Picture Book (July 2024).

Her skill randomly creates two types of bubbles: large and normal. Bonus effect: MyTsums are more likely to appear!
Strategy[]
- Large bubbles clear a larger area and count as large Tsums.
- There is a score multiplier that increases with skill level.
