Cosmo was a former test subject of the Soviet Space Program. After drifting off into deep space, he gained telepathic and telekinetic powers. He ended up in galactic city of Knowhere and he serves as chief of security.

Cosmo is a Blast Type Tsum and his Skill will create high scoring Cosmo Tsum Tsum. His Special, the Unibeam, will clear middle 2 areas of Tsum Tsum with beams from his eyes. His Ability will briefly increase BLAST Tsum Tsum score (triggers randomly with 10+ chains).
