During the Japan Event November 2019 Tsum Tsum Scratch and the International Event November 2020 Tsum Tsum Scratch, players had a chance to receive a Cruz Ramirez Tsum every time they scratched three fish symbols on a card, but their Nemo Tsum was maxed out.
