Dastardly Cruella is a Premium Tsum. She is a Limited Time Event Tsum and is not available from purchasing Premium Boxes outside of the event. She was first introduced during the Japan Event Atelier Villains (October 2022) and the International Event Atelier Villains (October 2023). She is known as Greedy Villain Cruella in the Japanese version.
