Festival Donald is a Premium Tsum. He is a Limited Time Event Tsum and is not available from purchasing Premium Boxes outside of the event. He was first introduced during the Japan Event Around Japan! (July 2020) and the International Event Japan Trip! (May 2021). He is known as Omatsuri Donald in the Japanese version.

Festival Donald will clear Tsums as you continually tap the screen, making him drum. Each Tsum cleared counts as a combo.

At the end of his Skill, he will clear the center area of Tsums.
