Festival Mickey is a Premium Tsum. He is a Limited Time Event Reward Tsum and is not available from purchasing Premium Boxes. He was first introduced during the Japan Event Tsum Tsum 10th Anniversary Festival (January 2024) and the International Event Tsum Tsum 10th Anniversary Festival (July 2024). He could only be obtained as a login bonus and participating in the various 10th Anniversary Events/Campaign. He is also a musical Tsum.

- There is a positive score multiplier during their skill that does not increase with skill level.
- There is a negative coin adjustment with their skill, so a little less coins are earned than would be expected for the number of Tsums cleared.
