Festival Minnie is a Premium Tsum. She is a Limited Time Event Tsum and is not available from purchasing Premium Boxes outside of the event. She was first introduced during the Japan Event Tsum Tsum 10th Anniversary Festival (January 2024) and the International Event Tsum Tsum 10th Anniversary Festival (July 2024). For a limited time when she was first introduced, she was also a musical Tsum.

Festival Minnie will transform all Tsums on screen to Minnie and Bow Tsums. The Tsums will also shrink so there are 100 Tsum on screen.
Strategy[]
- Chaining Festival Minnie during her skill will clear surrounding Tsums. Chaining the Bow's will not.
- There is a negative score multiplier that improves with skill level.
- There is a significant negative coin adjustment with their skill, improving with skill level.
- MyTsums cleared during their skill count for less than normal when recharging their skill.
