Festival Pooh is a Premium Tsum. He is a Limited Time Event Tsum and is not available from purchasing Premium Boxes outside of the event. He was first introduced during the Japan Event 10th Anniversary Festival (January 2024) and the International Event Tsum Tsum 10th Anniversary Festival (July 2024). He is also a musical Tsum.
