Flower Tink (Charm) is a Premium Tsum. She is a Limited Time Event Tsum and is not available from purchasing Premium Boxes outside of the event. She was first introduced during the Japan Event Easter Festival (April 2021) and the International Event Easter Festival (April 2022). She is also a Charm Tsum.
