Floyd Leech is a Premium Tsum. He is a Limited Time Event Tsum and is not available from purchasing Premium Boxes outside of the event. He was first introduced during the Japan Event Let's Make a Tsum Tsum Bento! (April 2023) and the International Event Make Tsum Tsum Lunch Boxes! (September 2024). On the Japanese version only, when he was first introduced, he was also a Voice Tsum.
