Gala Couture Leona is a Premium Tsum. He is currently only available on the Japanese Version. He is a Limited Time Event Tsum and is not available from purchasing Premium Boxes outside of the event. He was first introduced during the Japan Event Twisted Wonderland: Solve Everyone's Requests Part 2 (September 2023). On the Japanese version only, when he was first introduced, he was also a Voice Tsum.

Gala Couture Leona clears Tsums in a circle and a vertical line. There is a bonus effect that reduces the number of Tsums in a chain to make a bubble by one (including special bubbles. Passive skill, similar to Comedian Mike).
