Hokkori Mickey is a Premium Tsum. He is currently only available on the Japanese version. He is a Limited Time Event Tsum and is not available from purchasing Premium Boxes outside of the event. He was first introduced during the Japan Event Tsum Tsum's Birthday Party (November 2019). His design was created by illustrator Kanahei.
