Horned King is a Premium Tsum. He is a Limited Time Event Tsum and is not available from purchasing Premium Boxes outside of the event. He was first introduced during the Japan Event Villains Written Challenge (April 2019) and the International Event Villains' Challenge (August 2019).

Horned King will clear random Tsums and will also transform Tsums into high scoring Cauldron Born Tsums.
Strategy[]
- Each Cauldron Born Tsum that appears during Horned King's Skill will count as a brown, pointy hair, black nose and hat Tsum during missions.
- The Cauldron Born Tsum do not count as either boy or girl Tsum, making them genderless.
