Horned King is a Premium Box Tsum Tsum. He is a Limited Event Tsum Tsum and is not available from purchasing Premium Boxes outside of the event. He was first introduced during the Japan Event Villains Written Challenge (April 2019) and the International Event Villains' Challenge (August 2019).

Horned King will clear random Tsum Tsum and will also transform Tsum Tsum into high scoring Cauldron Born Tsum Tsum. His base number transformed is 6 and his base number cleared is 19.
Strategy[]
- Each Cauldron Born Tsum Tsum that appears during Horned King's Skill will count as a brown, pointy hair and black nose Tsum Tsum during missions.
- The Cauldron Born Tsum Tsum do not count as either boy or girl Tsum Tsum, making them genderless.
