John Deacon is a Premium Tsum. He is currently only available on the Japanese version. He is a Limited Time Event Tsum and is not available from purchasing Premium Boxes outside of the event. He was first introduced during the Japan Event Disney Store (January 2020). He is also a musical Tsum and will play the song, "Another One Bites the Dust" during game play.
