Lotso (Charm) is a Premium Tsum . He is a Limited Time Event Tsum and cannot be purchased with Premium Boxes outside of the event. He was first introduced during the Japan Event Tsum Tsum 7th Anniversary (January 2021) and the International Event Balloon Bonanza! (July 2021). He is also a Charm Tsum.
