Luca Paguro is a Premium Box Tsum. He was first introduced during the Japan Event Tsum Tsum Resort Hotel (July 2022) and the International Event Tsum Tsum Resort Hotel (June 2023).

Luca Paguro will summon Alberto and Giulia and ride on a scooter, transforming any Tsums in its path into high-scoring Luca Paguro, Alberto and Giulia Tsums, which can be connected to each other.

- Each Alberto Tsum that appears during Luca Paguro's Skill will count as a boy, brown and round ear Tsum during missions.
- Each Giulia Tsum that appears during Luca Paguro's Skill will count as a girl, round ear and hat Tsum during missions.
