Lumpy is a Premium Tsum. He is a Limited Time Event Tsum and is not available from purchasing Premium Boxes outside of the event. He was first introduced during the Japan Event Winnie the Pooh (November 2017) and the International Event Pooh's Hunny Festival (August 2018).

Lumpy will jump around with Roo and clears 4 small random areas. He will then create a large Lumpy Tsum at the end of the Skill.
