Mary Poppins is a Premium Tsum. She is a Limited Time Event Tsum and is not available from purchasing Premium Boxes outside of the event. She was first introduced during the Japan Event Easter Egg Hunt (April 2020) and the International Event Easter Egg Hunt (April 2021). For a limited time on the Japanese version only, when she was first introduced, she was also a musical Tsum and played the song, "Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious" during gameplay.
