Max is a Premium Box Tsum. In the Japanese version, he is a Limited Tsum that was only available in a Pick Up Gacha and is not obtainable through purchasing normal Premium Boxes. In the International version, he is available through purchasing normal Premium Boxes.
Information
Max Tsum will clear a horizontal line of Tsums as he skateboards across the screen then Goofy falls off a skateboard. He is a Horizontal Burst Skill tsum. His base radius size is SS in the Japanese version and XS in the International version.
Strategy
His skill doesn't pop bubbles, but you will still want to pop any bubbles that are where he will be clearing Tsums. Unpopped bubbles could be one more cleared Tsum.
