Mischievous Jack is a Premium Tsum. He is a Limited Time Event Tsum and is not available from purchasing Premium Boxes outside of the event. He was first introduced during the Japan Event Halloween Score Challenge (October 2018) and the International Event Halloween Score Challenge (October 2019).

Mischievous Jack will clear random Tsums and also create a special Pumpkin Bubble.
Strategy[]
For some reason, Mischievous Jack does not count as a Ribboned Tsum, even though he has a bat bow tie.
