Miss Bianca is a Premium Tsum. She is a Limited Time Event Tsum and is not available from purchasing Premium Boxes outside of the event. She was first introduced during the Japan Event Disney Story Books Classic Series II (March 2019) and the International Event Disney Storybooks Classics Series II (September 2019). She is known as Bianca in the Japanese version.

Miss Bianca will summon Bernard and will transform a nearby Miss Bianca to form a Magical Bubble.
Strategy[]
- Each Bernard Tsum that appears during Miss Bianca's Skill will count as a boy, brown, eyebrow, round ear, black nose, beard and hat Tsum during missions.
- In order for Miss Bianca's Skill to work properly, there must be a Miss Bianca Tsum near the Bernard Tsum. If not, the Bernards will not react and combine with the Miss Biancas to form special Bubbles, until they come close enough to each other.
