Oogie Boogie is a Premium Tsum. He is a Limited Time Event Tsum and is not available from purchasing Premium Boxes outside of the event. He was first introduced during the Japan Event Halloween 2017 (October 2017) and the International Event Haunted Halloween (October 2018). He is known as Boogie in the Japanese version.

Oogie Boogie will clear a random amount of Tsums depending on the dice roll.
Strategy[]
- Tap on the screen to change the dice once if the initial result does not suit you.
- Oogie Boogie's Skill is a heart-making Skill, because hearts appear along the outer rim of his roulette wheel.
