Pastel Mickey is a Premium Tsum. He is a Limited Time Event Tsum and is not available from purchasing Premium Boxes outside of the Event. He was first introduced during the Japan Event Let's Make Candy Houses (February 2022) and the International Event Build a Candy House! (June 2022). He is also a Dress Up Tsum.
