Perfume Dumbo (Charm) is a Premium Tsum. He is a Limited Event Tsum and is not available from purchasing Premium Boxes outside of the event. He was first introduced during the Japan Event Tsum Tsum Perfume Collection (March 2024), and the International Event Tsum Tsum Perfume Collection (August 2024). He is also a Charm Tsum.
