Photographer Dumbo is a Premium Box Tsum Tsum. He is a Limited Event Tsum and is not available from purchasing Premium Boxes outside of the event. He was first introduced during the Japan Event Disney Story Books Classic Series II (March 2019) and the International Event Disney Storybooks Classics Series II (September 2019).

- Tsum Tsum captured in Dumbo's picture will be cleared.
- Even though Photographer Dumbo has the word "Photographer" in his name, he does not count as an initial-P Tsum Tsum, most likely because he was originally an initial-C or initial-K Tsum Tsum in the Japanese version of the game.
