Prince Charming is a Premium Tsum. He was a reward Tsum and is not available through purchasing Premium Boxes. He was first introduced during the Japan Event Cinderella (June 2016) and the International Event Cinderella (January 2017).

The horizontal line is not exactly in the middle or upper part of the screen. It follows the path that Prince Charming and Cinderella dance. It starts from the upper right hand corner and ends at the middle left side of the screen in a curved path.
