Scary Dress Malleus is a Premium Box Tsum. He is currently only available on the Japanese Version. He is a Limited Time Event Tsum and is not available from purchasing Premium Boxes outside of the event. He was first introduced during the Japan Event Twisted Wonderland: Solve Everyone's Requests Part 2 (September 2023). On the Japanese version only, when he was first introduced, he was also a Voice Tsum.

He will first clear a random number of Tsums, then transform any Malleus and one type of support Tsum into a special Malleus, which will clear surrounding Tsums when connected. Bonus effect: large Tsums drop more frequently during normal gameplay.
Strategy[]
- The number of Tsums cleared in the initial random burst will increase with skill level.
- While chaining special Malleus, the burst will also clear nearby bubbles.
