Scheming Pete is a Premium Tsum. He is a Limited Time Event Tsum and is not available from purchasing Premium Boxes outside of the event. He was first introduced during the Japan Event Treasure Hunt with Everyone! (February 2021) and the International Event Tsum Tsum Treasure Hunt (September 2021). He is known as Sinister Pete in the Japanese version.
