Spider-Gwen is a Premium Tsum. She is currently only available on the Japanese version of the game. She is a Limited Time Event Tsum and is not available from purchasing Premium Boxes outside of the event. She was first introduced during the Japan Event Alphabet Book (June 2023).
She previously appeared in the Marvel Tsum Tsum game, which shut down in 2017. She was added to the main Japanese game in June 2023 to promote the Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse sequel, Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse, which released on June 2 2023.

Spider-Gwen will gather 3 of the Tsum types seen on the game board. She will then swing across the screen from the top left to bottom right, then from bottom left to top right, clearing Tsums in both swings.
