Star Minnie is a Premium Tsum. She is a Limited Time Event Tsum and is not available from purchasing Premium Boxes outside of the event. She was first introduced during the Japan Event Tsum Tsum 9th Anniversary Party (January 2023) and the International Event Tsum Tsum 9th Anniversary Party (July 2023). She is also a Musical Tsum, and plays "Tsum Tsum Theme 9th Anniversary Version" during gameplay

Clears Tsums in the shape of a heart and spawns special Magical Bubbles! Bubbles created are similar to Masquerade Aurora. Red bubbles create an X burst. Blue bubbles create a vertical burst. Green bubbles create a horizontal burst. Her skill creates one bubble, but will also transform any bubbles on screen into special bubbles as well.
