Top Scarer Sulley is a Premium Box Tsum Tsum. He is a limited Event Tsum Tsum and is not available from purchasing Premium Boxes outside of the event. He was first introduced during the Japan Event Collecting Energy (August 2018) and the International Event Collect Energy (June 2019). On the Japan verson only, when he was first introduced, he was also a voice Tsum Tsum. In the trailer, he was erroneously referred to as "Top Sarer Sulley". He is known as Scare Factory Sulley in the Japanese version.
